Pixelune Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Pixelune is a nonogram picture-puzzle game for Android, made by Senithu Software Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). We designed Pixelune to respect your privacy from the ground up: it contains no advertising, requires no account, and never asks for personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with data.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Pixelune never collects any of the following:

• No account or sign-up — the app never asks who you are.
• No name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• No location data.
• No photos, files, or microphone access.
• No advertising identifiers — Pixelune contains no ad networks, and collection of the Android advertising ID is explicitly disabled inside the app.
• No selling or sharing of data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. What Stays on Your Device

Your puzzle progress, hints, daily streak, and settings are saved only on your own device. They never leave it, and uninstalling the app deletes them.

4. Anonymous Diagnostics We Collect

To keep Pixelune stable and improve the puzzles, the app uses two Google Firebase services:

• Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) — if the app crashes, a technical report is sent containing the crash details, your device model, and operating system version, so we can fix the problem.
• Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) — anonymous gameplay events such as “a puzzle was solved” or “a hint was used”, together with a randomly generated app-instance identifier, device model, OS version, and country-level region. These events contain only puzzle identifiers — never personal information.

5. How This Data Is Handled

Diagnostic data is processed by Google LLC on our behalf and is encrypted in transit. Analytics data is retained for a limited period (currently up to 14 months) and crash data for 90 days. 6. Children

Pixelune is a family-friendly puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children — the app has no way to enter personal information at all.

7. Data Deletion

The identifiers described above are anonymous and not linked to you. Uninstalling the app stops all collection. If you would still like the diagnostic data associated with your installation deleted, email us at info@senithu.lk and we will process the request within a reasonable period.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how Pixelune handles data, we will update this page with a new effective date before the change ships. Pixelune will remain ad-free — that promise does not change.
