ChatMunshi Terms of Service

Effective date: 9 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of ChatMunshi (“the Service”), an AI-powered messaging assistant provided by Senithu Software Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.

2. The Service

ChatMunshi connects to your WhatsApp Business account and automatically responds to customer messages, books appointments, captures leads, and provides related messaging tools such as a shared team inbox, broadcasts to opted-in customers, and analytics. The Service is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

3. Your Account & Eligibility

The Service is intended for business use. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and only connect a WhatsApp Business number that you own or are authorised to operate.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree that you will not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not opted in to receive them.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content or activity.
  • Violate the applicable WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US Dollars, via PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (such as included conversations) apply as described on the pricing page.

6. Service Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing how the assistant is configured and for the communications sent on your business's behalf.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated, if the Service is misused, if required by law, or if continued provision would breach the applicable platform policies. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senithu Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Entity & Law

The Service is provided by Senithu Software Solutions, No:295/A/1, Nedagamuwa, Kotugoda, Sri Lanka. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Questions about these Terms: info@senithu.lk.
